We hired Helder Delucio to sand and refinish our hardwood floors in our Greenwich Townhouse. Helder and his 2 assistants were amazing. He was so meticulous and our floors were in horrible condition. They now look brand new . He helped us pick out the right finish and color. All the work was done to absolute perfection. We are so happy, our townhouse looks so pristine and it looks brand new because the floors are just so beautiful!! Helder’s price was very fair, he was such a professional.
